Air France: Using design to create a better customer experience
In the time of airline cut-downs where we’ve become accustomed to paying for a glass of water, flying with Air France was refreshingly old-school. And I mean old-school not Madmen style, but old school as in the 1980s. Back in the days where you would always get a gift as a kid and your parents would be sipping champagne, even if you like us turned right and not left when boarding. Air France seems to be investing in creating a better customer experience including great design of headrests and kids meals. Meanwhile, we’re lulled into a quiet appreciation for the quiet understated European design that seamlessly permeates life as opposed to begging to be noticed.
