The Comeback Kid
Martyna Studniarska once worked here at the Potrero office until her visa expired; now she is back as our new account manager at Sköna Europe. Martyna has a background in account planning and PR.
Welcome back to Sköna!
I never got over my first Sköna-crush so I’m glad we ended up together again. I loved working at Sköna from the very start and I love it just as much the second time around. Although this time, it’s from across the Atlantic and I miss hanging out with the gang every day.
What do you miss from San Francisco?
The Sköna family – always, the climate – including Karl the Fog, being chatted up by random people in the street or on the bus, and the food.
The food, yes, what does the lunch situation look like in Stockholm?
Sadly, my lunch often ends up being a sandwich in front of my computer. The days are simply too short when you launch a new agency!
That’s sad, but on a happier note – you are closer to the snow now, that’s good.
Yeah, since I like to do cross-country skiing. I just came back from Svalbard. It’s a group of islands north of Norway, halfway to the North Pole, where I did the annual Svalbard Ski Marathon, 42 km. We also took a few days extra and spent them cruising around on a snowmobile. The place is beautiful! And oozing with thrilling stories of heroic explorers. I’m definitely going back! My dream is to go on a dog sled expedition there, with tents and all.
