I can honestly say that SF is the most mobile dependent city I’ve ever seen. I constantly hear “there’s an app for that”, which was not the case for the other cities I’ve lived in. But I also think it’s due to its topography, it’s not an easy city to get things done.

Coming from Houston, Boston, New York City and London, and from brands like Jaguar, Charles Schwab, Smirnoff and more – say welcome to Benedicte Rageot, our new Account Director.

Welcome, let’s start with three sentences about you.

I’m the walking contradiction of a French Texan New Yorker. Born in New York City, to a Frenchman and a Southerner (Alabama), and I grew up in Houston kind of by accident. My personality is definitely a combination of those city traits… reserved, genuinely nice and resilient.

Next, three interesting facts about you.

If I had the time and money I would definitely get my pilots license. I’m not a morning person. I’m hugely afraid of snakes. It’s a Texas thing. I’m the go-to person when you need a place to eat or drink in New York, London or Paris. That was four though …

That’s ok. Tell me about a brand you would love to work with and why.

A fairly new tech company called Ava Women. They’ve created a bracelet that tracks a woman’s health and fertility. For so many reasons I think this product, and the combination of tech & women, is incredibly important for the improvement of women’s lives today and for future generations.

As you know we also have a new staff member in our Swedish Office, Ian Woodhouse, if you were to ask him a question, what would you ask?

If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you plant your feet? (See his answer here.)

And here is Ian’s question to you, “how would you pronounce Sköna?”

Haha, um, the American way? Skona. I tried the Swedish way and failed.
