When we started working with FloQast, their brand and website no longer matched the company that they had become – an established fintech solution provider and thought-leader serving a fast-growing number of enterprise clients.
Our challenge – Find a new visual expression and brand tone for the company to match the steady growth of the business and help further drive demand generation. How? By educatingusers on the benefits of FloQast’s close management software and ultimately drive demand and top of funnel leads.
As with any website project, our overall strategic direction for the website stems from an understanding of the needs of the website’s target audience and the company’s business goals. In FloQast’s case, they aim to reach various levels along the accounting continuum, all the way from a CFO to a Senior Accountant, and to provide solutions according to their need states. With this foundation, we’ve created a site architecture with clear paths for users to engage with content at different stages of their buyer’s journey. With content and crisp CTAs we encourage users to learn more about the product, and engage with FloQast demos at different levels depending on their readiness to engage.
The design needed to stay true to the personality of the company, while taking on a more contemporary and approachable look. The visual experience of the website is smart, with nods to the financial industry and is enhanced by subtle micro-interactions that also brings focus to the content.
The new brand and website have received rave reviews from FloQast’s ecosystem. Even more importantly, just weeks after launch, FloQast has seen conversions increase from 1.9% to 2.2% on their site. This 15% increase is a significant lift for the company – and they’re just getting started!
